This involves three steps

• Ensure that the domain is unlocked
• Get the transfer or EPP code 
• Go to your new hosting company and start the domain transfer

Ensure that the domain is unlocked

Log in to your portal here: https://my.helpinghost.com/login

Click on Domains

Now, next to the domain you want to transfer away, click the three dots and then "Manage Domain":

Unlock the domain:

Make sure the Registrar lock Status is set to OFF, as shown in the picture below.

Get the transfer or EPP code 

Last, your new Domain Registrar/Hosting Company will ask you for a transfer code AKA EPP Code.

Click on Get EPP Code as shown below and copy the code to keep in a safe place.

Go to your new hosting company and start the domain transfer.

Go to the domain transfer page for your new web host. For example:
https://stablepoint.com/us/domain-transfers

Start the transfer process.
