Most modern websites consist of two parts.

The Website files and a database.

To restore it, you would need to restore these two parts from backups as described here:

Login to your cPanel as usual.

Look for the JetBackup icon:

Now restore the Website files by choosing Domains:

Now, choose the date from which you want to restore the files by clicking on "Choose Other Backup"
The make sure the domain you want restore is selected. Scroll to the bottom and click Restore

Next, repeat the same for the Database that belongs to the database.
