Login to your Portal: https://my.helpinhost.com/login
click on Manage and then "Login to cPanel" next to the service in question:
Now you are in your cPanel interface, use the search field in the right upper corner and enter sitepad.
Now click on the "SitePad Website Builder" link:
Thats it.
